Lack of life and work balance
The insurance cost about $200 a month and the deductible is $1500. You also have to be full time to qualify
There were really no benefits to working for family dollar other than that it was close to my home so there wasn't much of a commute
The worst thing about the benefits package is that it is not offered to employees until after six months to one year of service with the company. The best thing about the benefits is that they will reimburse you for tuition cost when in school.
Since I was part time there was no such thing as benefits. I wish we had all the benefits as a full time but I over heard the benefits are not worth it
If you work for them, the company is very "selfish" I would say. They don't offer a lot of real life benefits. If you need sick days or something happens in the family, its your lost. They don't hold your job and they don't pay you when you can't work.
There are not many benefits for part time employees. 401k i believe is available after 6 months of working there. There are not even discounts for store goods.
Benefit package for part-time is sufficient
Affordable medical, vision and dental, starts within 30 days
The benefits are no good
