    Managers provide a lot of active job training (perhaps even too much). If you have a fear of working with customers or need help perfecting your phrasing or sales methods, most managers and fellow employees are more than willing to help.

    You have to stand on your shift, but it isn't fun standing during training. Plus you are training at a register in a live store and people will approach you while your just trying to fill out an I-9.
