No benefits for part-time workers. You will just get paid weekly.
Don't like to pay a lot - some PTO - have to be in corporate to get 401k. Have to put in weeks in advance for time off. Must be available 24/7.
The best thing is that you can rent movies before they are available for rent.
I don't qualify for any of the benefits because I'm part time.
Flexible scheduling, FSA, 401k, basic health benefits
Best is low insurance premiums. Company works hard to not increase.
Decent insurance at an average cost. Vacation days take a while to build up to anything meaningful, but in a couple years you're up to about 2 weeks. Sick days don't work in this company. 401k is available.
I work part time so I do not know how the benefit package works for Family Video. Only full time employees would know this as well as managers

Working as a part-timer, you don't get many benefits. Half price rentals is convenient and you get to watch movies a week ahead of time when they are processed.
