Insurance is expensive. 401k doesn't match. Vacation is competitive for the market. Pay is lower than average. Rental perks are a huge plus.
I was part time so I didn't really get benefits but I got some perks. I was able to watch movies before they were released and anytime after being out for 20 days.
You can get a couple hundred bucks in commission if you sell well. Being manager only you have the option of getting a 1000 bonus every quarter if you meet certain requirements. It's hard work, more than you think for a video store. You also get 1% of the stores revenue if it's a high volume store.
HUGE health contribution with HUGE deductable. No vision when half the employees are blind :D
It's average. No vision. Dental included and good 401k. Vacation time is average (unless you're a district manager then it seems you have a never ending amount of days off.
Insurance is great as well as profit sharing
There is no benefit package. They try to keep everyone part time so they don't have to pay for benefits.
no company perks at all
You get half off all your rentals. You can rent the movies before they go out on the shelf for free but only if they've been processed. If you do enough in sales (top 25% across all locations, appx 2225/8900) you get free rentals for a week.
The best is that they match your 401k up to 50% and you get flexible PTO time. Also the medical and dental is great!
