ZERO CARD! Pays for SO many procedures, lab work, prescriptions all at ZERO COST. PTO is not separate from sick days. 403B is awesome. Company pays more than half of insurance monthly premium. They are continuing to increase the value and reduce the cost of benefits.
We had great benefits - especially if you had been grandfathered in before all the changes. We got tons and tons of PTO per year as well as great insurance coverage

The best thing is that there's an EAP. The worst things are the cost of the benefits (they don't cover a very high percentage of premium), no paid parenting leave, and only 3 weeks PTO (including sick time, personal time, and vacation) for the first 5 years.

They offer medical, vision, and dental insurance. Disability PTO, but sick leave is the same at PTO time. Health insurance is high, and they do not match much for retirement. Maternity leave AFTER 1 year- UNPAID!
