401k paid vacation, and employee discounts
They do offer benefits however it is quite expensive. You end up paying alot whether you purchase the best insurance which is more expensive monthly or the cheapest with the huge out of pocket amounts.
The overall benefits are generous and comprehesive. They converted the pension plan to a 401K program- which is the worst thing
I enjoyed that as a starting associate I was able to have as much as 40 hours of sick leave. I only used about four of those hours but I felt like I was taken care of if I ever needed to use it.
Benefits aren’t good. Health insurance is pricey, no 401k, takes years to build up your PTO.

There was an employee discount of about 20% off to use for yourself and friends and family. I never actually received my own card to prove I was an employee, which was frustrating because I could only shop with the discount from my own store. My manager swore she would keep up on getting me one, but it never happened.
