“40% off company merchandise is great. ”
“Inexpensive for how good the insurance is. It doesn't require referrals to see specialists, tons of doctors are in the network, and the copays/deductibles are the most reasonable I've had.”
“There was no PTO for any part-time employee.”
Health Benefits are amazing, especially the cost versus what you get. No referrals, I've never had a problem with a doctor not being in-network, the copays and deductibles are the most reasonable I've ever had, and the prescription insurance is great compared to others I've had. This includes really good mental health care as well; I was finally able to start seeing a therapist once I had this insurance because the copay is a reasonable amount. Affordable and widely accepted vision insurance, you get a lot for how little it costs. And the dental is inexpensive - even for the premium - and if you get the premium, it's almost "the best you can get" according to my dentist. She told me never to get rid of it because you rarely find employer provided dental as good as what I have. You have the option to temporarily work remotely, volunteer basis only for working in the office, which is amazing. DTO is virtually unlimited as long as you don't take advantage and get your work done. Managers are willing to be flexible with your hours if you need them to be, again as long as your work gets completed. Most years we have gotten a bonus, and while it has been insultingly low in the past, it has also been absolutely incredible. And annual raises have always been 2-3% of your salary in my experience. Generous employee discount on almost all products, save those already discounted/on sale and a small list of others that I can't even recall because I've never encountered an item I didn't receive my discount on. HSA, FSA, 401k are all options, as well as a host of others like supplemental life insurance, AD&D, and both short and long-term disability. FMLA, bereavement leave, and both maternity AND paternity leave, the latter of which is extremely difficult to come by most of the time. Pre-Covid there were also free donuts or bagels brought in on Wednesdays, and free snacks throughout the building in addition to those in the breakrooms. We also get to leave early on Fridays during the summer - aptly called Summer Fridays. And there were often events held, on and off-site, and tickets to games given away on a first come, first serve basis if not raffled. Fanatics also beefed up their diversity and inclusion policy, taking it seriously and developing courses employees can take for free on a ton of different topics including gender and sexuality, sexual harassment, and racism. There are panels held several times a year to discuss those topics, with guest speakers to provide information and discuss their lived experiences. As a multiple marginalized person I have so far been very impressed with their efforts, particularly their willingness to accept criticism and fix whatever is wrong.
If you get the upper choice dental plan it's basically the best you can get period. I had my dentist tell me to never give it up because it's the Cadillac of dental insurances. The health plan if you get the PPO is excellent as well. When a bonus year the bonuses are quite nice, and annual raises are usually 1-3% of your salary. The DTO policy is basically unlimited which is amazing, and most managers are very flexible if you need adjusted work hours, especially while working remotely. Also, the ability to work remotely is a major bonus during Covid. Employees also get a generous discount on product (barring certain items, like ones already discounted).
The benefits package is very comprehensive and rates are competitive with market.
Unlimited time off, flexible hours, & 401k match
A lot of very competitive benefits.
stocks, bonuses, 401k, the usual
One of the perks of working for Fanatics is there is not a cap on paid time off, the downside is that you will be too busy at work to take time off.
Ok benefits with employee discounts.
It's an all round good package. DTO (discretionary time off) is awesome.
Very competitive and inclusive offering
