DTO, Dynamic Time Off. i.e. Take as much time off as you need. Need to go see your Daughters play. Go. Need to work from home, kids sick. Go.
When you're on the road crew, you have PTO benefits but you cannot use them. You do, on the other hand, receive these benefits when you are relieved from the company.
Accrual rate as a new hire is higher than I've had a previous companies.
2 weeks for first three years. They don't compete in this area, but who does anymore?
No vacation during 4th quarter
PTO is shared for both vacation and sick with almost limited opportunities to accrue additional PTO due to unrealistic service goals to accrue more days (5 and 10 years) for additional 2-3 days.
