Medical, Dental, Mental are all comprehensively covered. 401k offers varied selections/options with good return year over year. Vacation policy is aligned with industry best practices. Also, there is unlimited Sick Leave. Education, Housing and other perks are somewhat limited, depending on annual budgetary constraints.
Paternity leave is excellent and healthcare benefits are excellent. Work/life balance benefits are not always supported by individual managers, such as volunteer leave benefit.
