    3.5 weeks of paid vacation per year for employees with < 3 years of service and 4.5 weeks of vacation per year for employees with 3+ years of service. Plus 10 paid federal holidays. Paid sick days are taken as needed; there is no sick day "bank"

    PTO is great - the number of days you come in with is high for the area, plus holidays and floating holidays, really amounts to them wanting their employees to take and enjoy vacations. PTO doesn't include sick time, which is also really nice, and not a benefit most companies offer.
