The company's 401K matching can be improved
The basic benefits needs need to include better 401k options and matching.
Really low salaries, way below NYC standard
Worst thing: Very little PTO & amount of holidays
Expensive health insurance Two weeks vacation to start No work from home options and horrible office computers Extremely limited holidays.. 6 per year. Small 401k match only after 5 years of employment
ok but not great. 3 weeks vacation, kind of meh health insurance, kind of meh savings plan. Good workplace perks like yoga and happy hours.
Glad there was a 401k but there should have been some kind of matching from the company tied to performance.

PTO is minimal, 401(k) but no match, provide health/dental/vision but costly and minimally subsidized. Employee discount is that they will refund your service fee if you book on the site, which already costs more than direct booking.
Very comprehensive. They don't match on the 401K but they do pay for a portion of our medical.
