Health Insurance is expensive and could be better. However, they do give you $500-$1000 towards your HSA every year.
Great benefits but too busy to use PTO to relax
For me, the best part of the benefits package was starting with four full weeks of vacation. The medical is a pretty standard package.

When I was there they gave full 6% match on 401k, vested immediately, PLUS, they also contributed an additional 5% of whatever your salary was into a cash pension plan. Think about it 6% match + 5% gift is 11% of your salary going into your retirement plan. When I left Farmers, I was able to rollover both my 401k and my pension into my own IRA, and the balances were substantial.

Everyone except for the corporate box-checkers are independent contractors. Therefore, there are not benefits to speak of. They can point you in the direction of some health insurance providers however there are much more affordable options out there.
I got absolutely no benefits besides the standard time off for holidays throughout the year. Had to get insurance out of pocket..
