They do have profit sharing and I understand why they go this route verse matching contributions.
There is no employer match for 401k contributions which is a little disappointing but understandable since there is profit sharing.
No matching program, but they offer a very flexible service and pull it right out of your paycheck for you.
no matching for 401k but there is profit sharing
Profit sharing, no plans to implement matching program
Easy to setup, easy to manage and you never notice the money taken out. Fast does not match the your inputs but they do contribute the profit sharing to your 401K which makes the plan accessible to all. I really like the way this is done and how it enable those who do not contribute to the plan early in their career have something in it when they realize they should be contributing.
Profit sharing is included. The company also gives employees access to a 401K advisor.
They do not do any matching because they do a profit sharing but they other both pre and post taxes 401k plans.
Instead of matching employee contributions each pay period, there is a once-yearly "profit-sharing" contribution based on a percentage of your salary. This is not meant as either a positive or a negative comment.
I really like how the company just adds a flat amount to each 401k at the end of the year. It's different, because it's not matching, but it does mean that even people who don't (or aren't able to) put a lot in their 401k, still get the benefit.
