It would be great if you could choose between a bonus bank for extra vacation time OR overtime pay, but it's still good. The Fast Pause is a really awesome benefit too.
10 days sick leave / 10-15 days vacation +
Paid vacation is substantial, and they allow you to take it when you really need it, there is a great emphasis on work/life balance here
Paid time off is substantial, and it is encouraged to use it when you need to.
You don't start with a ton of vacation and it is accrued overtime but you can use any overtime hours put in as vacation.
2 weeks to start. 1 week unpaid at PM's choice. 1 week granted for first 40 hours of OT worked. 200 hour max carry over. 10 holidays a year, plus all project site holidays (usually a few extra depending on state). 4 week sabbatical every 4 years. 1 extra week paid leave if international project. 10 days paid sick leave, no rollover (shitty rollover policy, what if someone gets cancer?!)

FAST does several things to allow it's employees to unplug. This includes paid time off that increase with length of service, a bonus bank of time that is either paid out at the of a year or rolls over into an extra week of vacation, and a sabbatical program to give its employees a paid month off every 4 years.

We receive 2 weeks that we accrue over a year. Also, our first 40 hours of overtime go into a bonus bank which we can use as a week of vacation the following year or as a bonus.
