Started off giving monthly "bonuses" it went by beating a set amount monthly. Usually around $125.00 then dropped to we'll just have "employee" of the month.. needless to say there was only 6 there and that bonus then turned into a free lunch. The benefits I can say were actually good. Company paid 75% and it was Blue Cross
