“This can be different for different sections, not all managers are as flexible. ”
Flexibility is helpful for work/life balance. They offer working from home (with manager approval) and flex time.
Closed from Christmas to January 2nd!
Great Benefits! Work From Home and wonderful maternity and paternity benefits
Good health insurance. 401k up to 3% match, 3 months maternity leave, generous vacation days, WFH policy, dog friendly.
Fathom at least offers a 401k. However they pushed me to spend up to 9% of my salary when I started so the higher ups could make more on their 401k. I was making well under $30,000 my first year and they kept pushing me to spend 9% of my salary on my 401k. I could barely afford my own place but was pushed to put a large amount of money in a 401k so the people at the top could make more.
Good benefits for a company this size - Health, Dental, Vision, plus Flexible hours and work from home.
Benefits go above and beyond at Fathom. Vacation time is fair for new employees and there are opportunities to earn more time off based on how long you're with the company. Healthcare and Dental etc is about average for industry/company size. I think new moms at the company can appreciate the 3 month leave they get to spend with their new babies. Dads get a week off. 401k is standard matching. Most employees can choose to work from home two days a week. I have no complaints when it comes to benefits.
Great work/life balance. Amazing, new and enhanced maternity/paternity package, as well as a sabbatical for your five year anniversary, and a trip to anywhere in the continental US for two for your ten year anniversary!
The benefits are pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. What you would receive from most companies today.
Best - PTO, Work from home
