    1) videocall online - so convenient, less than an hour so did it on my lunch break, lady was very friendly and happy and explained things great 2) ridealong in dallas - schedule was full so it took over a week to find a time that was annoying, trainer showed how to do app and job, lots of information, wish there was a handbook like most jobs to take home 3) start working - learn the most when you are actually working, the first few are hard but it gets easier, mentors can answer questions but be careful they are bossy and make you feel stupid sometimes, some mods can be helpful and friends but some are mean to new employees that are still learning

StarStarStarStarStar Former Runner in San Antonio, Texas

It was an awful experience. They did not have a very well qualified person training me.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Runner in Austin, Texas

It's quick and easy; they really want to make sure you understand what you'll be doing before you begin working.

Going on a ride along with a seasoned Favor Runner is great! It shows you the whole process of running a Favor multiple times during your ride. The person who does your ride along is then your person of contact for any questions you have. An efficient, good system.
