Best- Health benefits, job training, stock options Worst- must work at the company for an extended period of time before getting stock options
The best thing are the flexible hours. You can work whenever you want. The bad is that you have to keep in mind you are using your own car
I’m very interested in how people feel about the health care discount with Kind. It’s about $40 cheaper then what I’m paying now, which was one of the lowest I could find. I’m liking favor so far. They’ve been helpful.
There are not really any benefits that I utilized. I am pretty sure you can get health insurance though.
No real benefits are offered
No benefits, you're an independent contractor
No benefits for the Favor runners because its contract work. I'm sure full time employees have medical and etc benefits
Solid benefits, 401k, low employee costs.
Great insurance for ridiculously low cost. Just implemented a 401k but not matching.
The scheduling is very flexible.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
