Fay Servicing has a great benefit package for their employees.
If you really need insurance, do not work there. 401k is not good. Three weeks PTO, sick time is included in that.
401 k not matched, expensive insurance with Atena, vacation and sick combined, no separate sick days
There are no SICK DAYS. I dont think that employees should have to use there PTO or Vacation time when they are sick. we should be offered 5 Sick days per year.
The medical insurance cost is excessive if you have a family.
The health insurance was expensive.
Decent benefits, PTO is bad, but they have added one day per year at Fay in order to compete with other companies
Best: You get a paycheck Opportunities: health insurance, really living what's portrayed as Fay Servicing, LLC as a company and organization. We're celebrating a 10bil dollar attained asset portfolio, so the COMPANY is doing swell Id have to assume. Meanwhile, the cost of health insurance is roughly $575 a month. You accrue time to be off, roughly 4. something every two weeks I believe and can only carry over 40 hours of it every year. The insurance, currently, no matter where you reside is Illinois based insurance Bronze package- BCBS choice only of Illinois. This has been talked about, so hoping for better in the future. There's absolutely no real training classes coming aboard for my department, so you learn as you jump into working. A lot of people hired are hired based on referrals (who you know), so you can imagine how the atmosphere is. The picture painted before you walk through the door is grand, but once you walk through it, it is the complete opposite. You hear a lot of poeple saying things are the way they are because it's a new company (over 8 years now I believe), but you're celebrating 10bil in assets and struggling to make ends meet or having a pregnancy called a pre existing condition. People are made AVP's who may have a wealth of knowledge, but lack true LEADER capabilties (one said she's at where she's at because she knows how to play the game) and that's not what the company, looking on the outside, portrays. In fact, they put forth the opposite which makes you proud at first until you're quickly shown otherwise. Proof of this?? The what comes off as defensive and rebutted comments to some of the current and past employee cries for a tad bit better future/change filled with statistics and numbers vs. really hearing someone out, listening to them and taking it seriously or at least giving another facade that someone within the company truely cares. I believe this company may have began with more than great intentions for it's employees, but have somewhere lost it's way. I have high hopes because what's portrayed is much more humane, lovable and understanding than what you actually walk into.
It doesn't start until 60 days in.
The benefits are decent and come with a free gym membership.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
