They have 401k and paid time off after one year of service. Very flexible with talking time off or leaving early from your shift.
The Co-Pay is excellent relative to previous employers. Would highly recommend
The best thing working for FedEx Freight is the pay, if they didn't pay as much as they do.. they would have no employees. It's a demanding job and you end up hating life when its busy.. and it's busy all the time now. Too many stops and the businesses are closed by the time you get there. and the manager says its you fault.. you got to learn to tune them out because 350 miles and 18 stops, leaving at 8:30 in the morning and they close at 5pm.. isn't your fault. required to take a 30 minute break(which hinders you). several businesses are closed from 12-1 as well and you can't go back because you are doing a loop..
Health, vision, and dental insurance for all employees (part time included) for as low as $20 a month for all three.

The best thing is price and the option to choose the best plan for you and your family. Company matched 401K, paid vacation
You get nothing as Part-Time except quarterly raises, but they're happy to promote from within to Full-Time. Better pay, health, dental, even chiropractor insurance.
Compared to Union LTL Trucking companies the benefits are expensive and the retirement benefits are poor
