“You have to work for your PTO , every 20 hours worked is 1 hour of PTO. But it does add up and it is worth it!”
“In my opinion, when working a very physical job like moving packages at FedEx, Insurance should be provided sooner. I also can't speak to the quality of the insurance because I haven't set it up yet ”
Waiting period to become effective
Best: On day one of hire you are eligible for and can enroll in benefits!
paid time off is so needed
comprehensive benefits, many chances of promotion
Good 401 k plan for retirement
They are basic, nothing special.
After like 90 days I believe you can get a form insurance. You can only get a certain number of days of paid time off after working for a year.
Very good benefits, health insurance and matching.
Only for full time, not complete package
No benefits, vacation, sick time, pto, retirement
