You'll be eligible with all the benefits after 1000 hours
no vacation paid, only paid time off.

3 weeks paid vacation
Package handlers earn around 1 hour of PTO for ever 20 hours worked , you can earn up to 40 hours per fiscal year ,if you become full time you would be making around 80 hours per fiscal year ,you can only PTO after 90 days of continuous service . Accrued PTO must be used at the end of each fical year otherwise , the employee will be paid for unused time .

Pro: Time off in an emergency situation so long as it's explained thoroughly Con: unpaid for time taken off majority of the time, unless they want to be nice & approve PTO (Paid Time Off) that you accumulate (1hr per 20 worked after 90 days)
Very generous time off, sick time and holidays
Vacation increases for tenure with the company. Availability to utilize vacation accrued is not as open as it should be. Blackout days are established to keep employees from taking vacation time.
