Affordable to for a family
Although time off aka "pto" has declined, you're still able to earn up to 210 hrs maybe a little more. 401(k) is so/so! You're not vested until Year 3 unless that has changed! The health insurance is average depending on which providers you choose and the deductible. You come out more favorable if you're only paying for yourself-the family plan is about $145 for health, dental and vision insurance every two weeks!
Seems to be the same package every other company offers its employees
