Part timers didn't really get that much accruals but something is better than nothing I guess. It was easier for part timers to request time off though so I guess that was good

StarStarStarStarStar Former Business Center Manager in Memphis, Tennessee

The higher you get, your acruise a good amount of vacation and sick time, however the higher you get you are expected not to take it so it doesn't really benefit you. You hardly get any time as a lower level employee

StarStarStarStarStar Former Assistant Center Manager in Apple Valley, Minnesota

The vacation time accured at a monthly basis and was increased by length of time with the company. The time was seperated in tiers, it didn't take long at all to earn two weeks of paid time off. The vacation was easy to take, except during Christmas and around major print or ship worthy holidays.

It varies from center but typically at any peak of business there is no getting vacation like end of the year in December there are blockout dates and other busy times.
