Great benefits for self and family.
Great benefits, great 401k, and even better pay
Benefits package is good however the pay is low.
good company to work for
Hey Guys. Couple questions. I am looking to transition from SF to Fedex as an AE. TC is 130k roughly. Do you guys think this is the dumbest move ever? Im currently a BDR at SF with TC of about 80-85k. Also if anyone has ever worked for Fedex Corporate Sales, which 3rd party company initiates the background? Thanks!!
So Terrible parental leave policy
Good benefits, 401k 6% match and more
Fedex used to provide PPO for individuals at a great rate. Recently they are cutting back and the coverage formally PPO is no longer and the number of doctors to choose has diminished. Great Benefits is no longer a Fedex offer.
FedEx has excellent benefits that is worth paying for.
part time 20-25 hr a week employees pay same amount as full timers except we make half the money, expect to lose 1 of your meager paychecks per month to pay for your insurance, and you have to wait 90 days before you can get insurance which should start on day 1 considering what a dangerous place FedEx Express is to work at and since you make a small paycheck company match on 401k is small as well, very clever, CEO is expert at keeping money out of your hands and in his accounts, miserly FedEx Express CEO has choke holds on every angle, expert at suppression and holding you down as long as possible, keeping you part time for years, that's why they target school kids with "tuition" and other buzz words, they're clueless about this company. I was here 5 yrs and I saw and heard all their tactics, scams and tricks to lure unknowing people into the airport ramp hernia factories.
The health insurance is not terrific perfect
