Some of the best things are that you get prescription, vision, dental and medical cards a couple months or more after you start. They can really come in hand especially if your full-time job doesn't offer benefits.

Thye worst thing about the benefits package is that because of rising health care cost, FedEx has had to change based on the government input. Comparably, it is still a great plan for salaried employees.

I no longer use the FedEx medical. It's bad. My wife's benefits are far superior to FedEx.

I haven't been there long enough to receive any of the benefits. The do offer tuition reimbursement which I would work for if I was still in school.

Great, affordable health insurance, 401k, 3 weeks vacation, pension. Insurance for entire family for less than $80/month. Company-pd. HRA account and opportunity to contribute to FSA account.

Vacation time insufficient for Employees with lots of experience. You start with the minimal number of vacation days just like any other entry level Employee and until you are there 5 years, you get no more.
