    Great health insurance. I was able to keep Kaiser. The worst thing is having to pick vacation time a whole year in advance.

    FedEx is pretty cool. I get to deliver boxes to places. I found the job exciting as I got to talk and meeting people every day.

    The best thing about the benefits package at FedEx is the number of the benefits. The worst thing about the benefits package at FedEx is that these benefits are not understood by everyone who works there.

    Worst thing is being here longer than 10 years or being loder than 50. Next giving new hires 3 weeks of vacaton and nothing to those who already put in 5 years to get that same 3 weeks and giving the stable, loyal employees nothing extra. Screw the old employees. Can't wait till this backfires - those new hires won't make it 5 years anyway. They'll want something else , then something else and then more and more without having to put in the time to work for it. And you wonder why your sales figures are so low and morale is low. Why not just give them a paycheck and they don't even to have to come in to work?

    Great 401k, stock options, paid time off. Great stock options if you are there for a long period of time. Worst thing about the company long hours or not enough hours.
