There is an increasing vacation plan.
very fair with both vacation and paid time off.
Start with 2 weeks plus time to volunteer, explore other opportunities within or outside the company, and sick days (40 hours that renews after 3 full days at work)
Excellent once you get 10 years in. Not so great for part timers but probably excellent in this day and age.
New employees get 2 weeks vacation plus 4 days personal/floating for total of 14 days in year one. Then you get another week after 5 years and 10 years tenure.
I could get paid time off
New employee starts out with 2 weeks vacation (accumulating)
22 year employee. 5 week's vacation 1 week of personal days, 5 sick days. Really 7 weeks off a year!!!!!
Even if you come in with years experience, you get a week just like everyone else for 1st 5 years while you are trying to manage Employees who have been there forever and have months of time off.
It sounds good and starts after 3 months but they laid me off on 3rd month
