Best - You can earn a third week of paid vacation by your 5th year. Worst - If you are non-office based and or customer facing/exempt you will most likely be working during any pto.it is what it is.
They wouldn't negotiate days off when I was hired, so I lost years of "work earned" time off when I took the job here. That irks me a bit. Aside from that its the standard 10 days to start with 5 days more at 5 years, 10 years, 20 years. They give like 13 holidays or something, not all bank holidays.
Been there for 5 years and only get 2 weeks and no pay on holidays
average vacation time to start, 14 days per year. sick time is on as needed basis
Two week vacation and not a lot of flexibility. Guess it also depends on your manager
Still as part time status, benefits were given as if a full time employee. Appreciate that company refused to be part of a union company due to fair act still given as union companies give their employees but with union dues. FEDEX is not union so no dues were deducted from ones paycheck. Uniforms were given and free of charge to employees.
Each driver gets a total of five days paid vacation a year.
Pto is given on a weekly basis
Basic. They offer 2 weeks and 3 days. No sick policy so if you're sick ever you have to use vacation time. If they close due to weather you either take an unpaid day or use vacation.
Vacation is good if you have seniority, if you don't good luck getting decent days off. Up to 6 weeks if you have 10 years, I think.
