Up to 5 weeks of Vacation after you have reached 25 years. As well there are 6 paid Holidays, 2 Floating Holidays and 2 Personal Days. Sick pay includes up to 40 hours too.
Only a week to start.
They wouldn't negotiate days off when I was hired, so I lost years of "work earned" time off when I took the job here. That irks me a bit. Aside from that its the standard 10 days to start with 5 days more at 5 years, 10 years, 20 years. They give like 13 holidays or something, not all bank holidays.
Been there for 5 years and only get 2 weeks and no pay on holidays
