Employer pays approximately 75% of health insurance premiums. 13 sick days per year that can be used to care for kids and attend medical appointments or funerals. 10 holidays. Accrue 13 vacation days annually to start. Increases to 20 at 3 years and 26 at 15 years. Retirement has three parts: Participate in social security, a 5% 401k match, and pension plan. Pension pays 1% per year of employment times the average of top 3 years of salary. (I.e. average 100k salary as top 3 and work 30 years would be $30k/year pension). Agents have a higher pension accrual of 1.7 (instead of 1) per year for the first 20 years.
