Typical basic medical that covers only minimal preventive care. Otherwise, paying for most other items up to deductible
Typical Automotive Manufacturing benefits. Decent, but not the best in the market. The do match 401K to a certain percent and vacation time is based off of time spent with the company.

Everything is about average to industry standards.
Health care is ridiculously expensive with an high deductible. The plan does not pay until deductible is meet at nearly $6000. Simple doctors visits are prohibitively expensive. The family plan only makes this worse, with a higher deductible it becomes a financial burden to take Kids for any type of doctors check up.
Health insurance gets worse every year. Very high deductible and huge max out of pocket. Dental and Optical are pretty good.
