The continual rising cost of health insurance and the continual (for the most part) cost of living increases.
Everything is about average to industry standards.
Good 401k, time off, and perks
Health care is ridiculously expensive with an high deductible. The plan does not pay until deductible is meet at nearly $6000. Simple doctors visits are prohibitively expensive. The family plan only makes this worse, with a higher deductible it becomes a financial burden to take Kids for any type of doctors check up.
forced overtime was brutal. too many seventy two hour weeks
Health insurance gets worse every year. Very high deductible and huge max out of pocket. Dental and Optical are pretty good.
Heath Insurance plans are not the greatest. Extremely high deductible, and not the best coverage. Good 401K and company match programs however.
Cost increased every year. Causing annual increases to the Health savings accounts employees had setup.
There is not much good good about it. Maybe the 401K package
Health vision dental 401k paid vacation sick leave. The health care is no where as good as it use to be. Over priced and under coverage.
