Limited PTO, not a great 401k company match, insurance was relatively expensive
Company has good benefits for full time employees. Interns don't have all the benefits but have good enough to start with.
The only health insurance that is offered is a HDHC plan. A single person pays $1800 out of pocket before your 80/20 coverage kicks in. A family of 4 pays $3600. If your spouse is offered health insurance through their employer, they can't be on your plan at Federal-Mogul. Our health insurance is the one thing that is universally hated by everyone. There was a rumor that paid maternity leave was being eliminated in 2018.
Typical Automotive Manufacturing benefits. Decent, but not the best in the market. The do match 401K to a certain percent and vacation time is based off of time spent with the company.
Typical basic medical that covers only minimal preventive care. Otherwise, paying for most other items up to deductible

Blue Cross Blue Shield, 401K through T. Rowe Price, Up to 6 weeks of vacation depending on years of employment.
The continual rising cost of health insurance and the continual (for the most part) cost of living increases.
