the 401k is a total company match of 4% with a 5% employee contribution. The health insurance is expensive and probably the worst part about the benefits plan. The health insurance also doesn't kick in until after 90 days of employment.
The medical coverage is essentially a high deductible plan. Vacation is at or below standard. And there is no parental leave policy. Good holidays and summer hours.
