The insurance coverage is really great. They also take care of their employees. I was notified that my role was relocated to the St. Louis Fed but the company offered lots of training for employees so that they can find another job internally or externally.
Best thing is they offer a pension and a 401 K
The type of benefits package that every company in the USA should offer.
It takes 5 years to fully vest into the 401K and pension.
Great 401k match, pension plan and very decent health benefits
Great retirement package, 401k matched 100% up to 6% contribution. Heath insurance, dental insurance, maximum of $50.00 per month To assist employee with public transportation.
100% employer matching for Thrift Plan package for up to 6% of employee deduction.
I think the benefits are good though the increase in our medical expense far out weighed the increase in our salary over the last two years.
The company pays for most medical coverage and $50 of your Tpass. Only 3 weeks paid time off. But they have a free gym with classes and medical center.
Easy to sign up for benefits and they are really great.
