Excellent medical, dental and vision, and retirement. 3 Weeks paid vacation and 1 week of sick days. Great work life balance if you need work from home time to time for example. One glaring deficiency, the maternity leave meets the federal minimum and that's it. 6 weeks, 2/3 of pay. Working mother's have earned more than that and some employers exceed the minimum. This place unfortunately does not.
Very good benefits and always looking to improve them.
Generous 401k. Pension is fully vested after five years. Flexible schedule and telecommuting options. Three months paid maternity and paternity leave!!!!!!
The benefits are amazing. There was only one glaring hole on the benefits package until this year. The Fed finally offers 12 weeks maternity leave. About time!
Good working area, very kind co-workers. Pay is a little bit lower than other companies with the same position. More benefits when become the full time employee.
Pension plus thrift plan (aka 401K), flex Friday schedule. Nothing particularly bad.
Good health insurance at affordable cost
Fantastic benefits and 6% match to 401k
In addition to its Deferred Compensation Thrift Plan (401K), the Chicago Fed also offers all employees a pension plan.
The pension plan and 401k match are great! Also, generous time-off and tuition reimbursement.
