Great competitive benefits. Pension plan. Much to choose from
Great pricing on medical, dental, and vision insurance. A few benefits are paid for by the bank which is nice. 10 Bank holidays off a year, plus vacation and sick time. It was a little confusing about the vacation because it seems that you get a bank of vacation time, but it is actually accrued over time. There are on site benefits specialists to help with any questions you may have.
Pension plan. Tuition Assistance. Fitness center, Starbucks, and cafeteria onsite. BBQ Thursdays.
Best thing is the company match. Investment opportunities within 401K.
It would have been great to actually use all sick leave when needed but managers can use taking that time against you. Some warn of taking FML because managers can use that negatively against you too, even though not supposed to.
Great 401k and medical plan.
Really great health insurance. Pretty decent paid time off structure. Cafeteria full of lower-priced food that's actually pretty good. Onsite gym. Flexibility of work from home options or flex time could be a lot better.
The Dallas Fed is one of few remaining employers that offer both 401k matching (100% match up to 6% plus a guaranteed 1% no matter what) and a pension plan. I am not exaggerating when I say that the Dallas Fed has better benefits than even the federal government.
The benefits are AMAZING!!! The manager is so nice and actually listens to you. Since it is non-profit, the company does not move so fast. Stress is minimal. I see myself working for this company the rest of my life.
everything offered is outstanding. no complaints
