10% matching salary contribution each pay period. Fully vested after 2 years.
Generous vacation days. More days as you work here more than 10 years. Decent healthcare plans.
I have worked at the company for a number of years; I consider these at pros and cobs regarding benefits. Pro's = good vacation schedule Con's = minimal eye glass coverage
Includes 10% contribution to your retirement account, regardless of your own contribution amount (for full time employees and is effective at 2- year anniversary date). On-site daycare is amazing! Medical and dental insurance is affordable and has covered everything I have needed. Life insurance options are at nominal costs. Discounts at many local businesses every month. Vacation and sick time are generous... they give you extra sick time to make up for their lack of short term disability... doesn't take long to accrue. They do have long term disability.
Employee for over 20 years. At time of hire vacation was 2 days per month, and up to 2 years of earnings (48 days) can be carried over year to year. Medical and dental insurance is robust and has several choices. Different premium costs for employee, employee plus spouse, employee plus child(ren), and family.
Bad: Benefits package is extremely expensive compared to the private sector - at least twice as much. No parental leave. Good: 18 days vacation. Flexible work schedule. Tuition reimbursement. 10% retirement contribution after 2 years. Affordable gym.
Great 403b company contribution program - didn't even require employee matching!
Comprehensive package that is fine, no complaints
Health Insurance and dental care plan is the best in Illinois. The employer contributes a lot to the fees.
