The best thing is the company match for retirement; they contribute 10% to your 4% of gross pay. The worst thing is the medical premiums; they are very high for very little coverage.

There were not many benefits for students. This was because students are not full time employees and can only work up to 26 hours per week.
The insurance package is second to none in the Big Rapids area. The down side you have to be full time to receive any benefits and if you are part time you can only work 28 hours week as to Obama care
