Festival Foods is part employee owned, and then the majority owners are the Skogen family. I love everything about Festival!!!
You only get 5% off of groceries. They also refuse to acknowledge full time status when you are working 40+ hours
company health plan, dental plan, employee discount, 401k, flexible hours, great co-workers, great locations, clean stores
Best thing for a part time student is dollar for scholar matching textbook prices and helping to pay half of the cost.
The only benefit that we get being part time is a 5% discount which does not amount to much.
Medical and dental programs as well as leave policy
As a part time employee, there are very little actual benefits. The ones mentioned are presumably common ones for a job like this. It is rather hard to become full-time here, so these are basically inaccessible to me.
Festival doesnt have good health insurance. It is 80% payed by each individual employee. High Deductible ($2,500+) for individual and over $5,000 for families. NO network. Co-Pays for everything,
Most benefits are only available to full time employees. Part time employees can however contribute to a 401k retirement plan.
Health and dental insurance really good - eye insurance not so much. You get a 5% discount, which is nice. If you're there for long enough, the PTO is good if you can find time to use it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
