I left Medallia and started a new HRIS Manger role at a large healthcare organization. It’s my first week and there are several red flags: * For the next 6 weeks, I am at an overflow location completely separated from all but 2 members of my team. It is an interior office with no windows in a large office building. It is like working in a walk-in closet. * When we move, the hybrid option I was led to believe was an option will not be.
I got laid off from Cap 2 months ago before my 2 year mark. I’ve been trying to find another job since then but it’s been extremely challenging. I hardly hear anything back from anyone. I either don’t have a enough experience or overqualified. It’s been so depressing and I’m totally burnt out. I thought I could take some time off but I can’t afford to do it because of financial reasons. I need to look after my family. I have no clue what to do anymore.

Great benefits, much better than what I've had at other companies
The cons are the Unlimited PTO, they are making it harder to use PTO by requiring so many days ahead and now you get occurrences if you have to miss time. Great 401K with company match, healthcare and dental are more affordable now.
