7% match dollar for dollar.
The 401K was great - you had virtually every Fidelity mutual fund available to you and many funds from other companies. Fidelity offered a 7% match after one year and (though not guaranteed) a 10% profit sharing bonus each year in January or Feb. After five years, one is 100% vested in all accumulated 401K assets. Also can choose to contribute to a Roth 491K if desired, though the co match is traditional.
Best in the industry, they match 100% up to 7%. They also provide profit sharing each year. They also provide portfolio advisory service free to employees.
Unheard of effective 17% match. (7% paycheck match plus 10% annual “profit sharing dump” fully vested after 5 years. Also you will get $25k of non investible “cash” put into a health savings account that you can’t access u till you’re 60 years old.,after working there for 10 years
17% total match(10% profit sharing 7% 401k match)
I'm not a huge fan of 401k plans because of the penalty of trying to take your money out early, they match up to 7% if you stay longer than a year so that's nice
Up to 7% match for 401k
Lots of fund options- both Fidelity and non-Fidelity funds. Free professional managed account for employees.
7% match and 10% profit sharing
Company match is 100% Dollar for dollar up to 7% (but it starts after 1 year of service) and they also add a 10% profit-sharing contribution. Plenty of Fidelity funds and non-Fido funds through their Brokeragelink option. For now, No stocks or ETFs allowed- just mutual funds. Vesting in company contributions is done in 20% increments every year until you reach 100% after 5 years of service.
