Employer Summary

Fidelity’s Back-up Dependent Care program helps associates arrange for emergency back-up care when regular child or elder care arrangements are unavailable. The program offers access to a national network of child care centers. In addition, it also offers access to in-home care, which you can also use to care for an ill child or adult, so you can get to work.

Fidelity associates can contribute to the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and use this pre-tax money to reimburse themselves for eligible child or elder care expenses incurred for the care of eligible dependents so that they (and their spouse, if you are married) can work.
