this is HIGHLY subjective and up to the manager. fidelity's obsessed with stats, and if you come up short that means little or no bonus

The had a performance rating system for all jobs. The process was difficult to understand and manage as it was a cookie cutter process made to fit different types of business.
The quarterly bonuses are not bad to start, but they are fully based on your teams performance and your personal performance as well, so you might not necessarily make your target $ every quarter.
