The vacation accrual is good and the maternity/paternity leave is awesome for new parents. Work environment is dependent on role and group but overall Fidelity offers good work/life balance and plenty of opportunity for those who put in the effort.

Benefits are very good. 401k features a 100% match (dollar for dollar) up to 7% of your salary. Profit sharing generally pays an additional 10% of your salary into your 401k in January. Some positions can work from home at times. PTO is generous once you've been there a few years.
