Paid leave, Unlimited on-line training using Udemy, Coursera and other training site, Great 401K match and profit sharing plan
BEST - Very generous benefits from healthcare, 401k match & profit sharing to maternity/paternity leave to matching student loan payment benefit IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES - All the recently enhanced/added benefits while very progressive & welcomed they only directly benefit the younger employee population (ex: matching student loan payment program could be broadened to also include parents paying college tuition for their children)
liked everything in terms of benefits provided 7% match 401k plan, stock options and more
Probably the best benefits package there is
Pro: Good bonus at 20%. Good 401k match at 7%. Con: Low base pay at $105k for Principal Engineer. Standard HSA at $500/person, 12 holiday days, 20 PTO for financial companies
worst thing: way too much micromanaging
Their benefits are both numerous as well as generous for each offering. The HSA $500 annual contribution + 4 months paid maternity leave are two that stand out to me.
They offer 401K match, profit sharing, Medical, Dental, Vision paid time leave, Tuition reimbursement. I wished they offer remote working
Awesome profit sharing, match for 401k,bonus and generous bonus
They have incredible health, dental and vision packages. They offer 401k and retirement avenues. I think that this option was so great!
