Matching is high in comparison to other companies, combined with the profit sharing, student loan assistance programs, and multitudes of other relevant benefits. This company offers lots of amazing benefits. One thing to note salary wise compensation is below other similar companies, but it's made even though the benefits.
Best is the health insurance and tuition reimbursement program. Also pay part of your student loans. The worst the high deductibles.
