Good 401K match and profit sharing
Great benefits package.
The benefits at fidelity are amazing! If you have a family, you are covered, and it is cheap out of pocket considering how well you are treated. After moving on to a different job, I very much miss the benefits situation that fidelity had. Very Generous. I only wish you could choose your benefits a la carte, and maybe get paid a bit more.
Incredible (and hard to beat) benefits, which is responsible for high employee retention rate. 401k match up to 7%. High bonuses (from 15-40% of salary depending on position). Excellent maternity leave (4 months paid). Lots of vacation days (3-5/6 weeks).
Fidelity Investments has a pretty substantial benefits package that includes a 7 percent match on your 401k contributions, profit sharing, and shares incentives based on performance. Various medical plans, company paid life insurance and tuition reimbursement are also offered amongst many other benefits.
Profit sharing, yearly bonus and yearly contribution to 401K are fantastic. 6 weeks paternity leave was great.
Great 401k match at 7% and health insurance has many options.
They have good benefits for their employees.
One of the best benefits is the profit sharing, which is 10% of your annual salary. One of the worst is that the annual bonus is a very small portion of your income and it is rarely 100% of the allocation.
Great benefits package overall
