Can use sick days as vacation days if not used during the year.
Very flexible as far as work/life balance with WFH options. The profit sharing, bonuses, shares awards, health care and student loan repayment are some of the best I've seen recently.
You receive a dollar-for-dollar company match in the 401(k) up to 7% plus a 10% annual profit sharing contribution. Probably the most generous retirement benefits anywhere.
401k plan is one of the best around. Although not guaranteed, company contributed 10% of annual salary as a profit sharing contribution for all 16 years I was with firm. In addition, the match is dollar for dollar up to 7%. They also have a Retiree Health Reimbursement plan to help pay for eligible healthcare costs in retirement. Availability is dependent on location and number of hours worked weekly. Company contributes $3000 annually if in eligible location and employee works 30 hours + each week. If hours are less than 30 and at least 20, company contributes $1500 each year.
The best thing about Fidelity's benefits package is a 7% 401(k) match, up to a 10% profit share, up to a 30% merit bonus, and because Fidelity is a private company some employees receive Fidelity Shares whose price is based on the quarterly net asset value of the company.
Benefits are very generous all around. The 401k match is dollar for dollar up to 7% AND a 10% Profit Sharing contribution (after 1 year) You also get an additional amount into a "retiree medical" account for when you're in retirement age. The medical health plan is also very good with an HSA option with $1k company contribution towards it for families. They just added the Vision Plan this year. Overall, the company offers excellent benefits.
401K is the best ... no worst benefits
Very good profit sharing, and 401k match.
The best is possibility of working from home 2 days a week
7% match and profit sharing, expensive insurance options that are not the greatest, minimal time off
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
