Profit Sharing - Annually, Fidelity deposits 10% of your salary into your 401k account
Sizable bonus based on your grade and level. Annual bonuses depend on company performance and market situations and except 2008-2009, i guess there was no issue with the payout. Additionally, you get 10% profit sharing to your 401k and a retiree health contribution of 3000k annually. Also depends on your and company performance there are shares benefit for each level. The company supports higher education like MBA or Master by paying 90% of the cost up to maximum of 10k annually. 5 years and above experience gets 28 days of paid vacation.

Vacation days and sick days are just paid time off. After five years you're fully vested and will have 28 days pto plus holidays. You can rollover a week each year. After 10 years with the company you get an additional five days.
