BEST - Very generous benefits from healthcare, 401k match & profit sharing to maternity/paternity leave to matching student loan payment benefit IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES - All the recently enhanced/added benefits while very progressive & welcomed they only directly benefit the younger employee population (ex: matching student loan payment program could be broadened to also include parents paying college tuition for their children)

Pro: Good bonus at 20%. Good 401k match at 7%. Con: Low base pay at $105k for Principal Engineer. Standard HSA at $500/person, 12 holiday days, 20 PTO for financial companies
