The worst thing was you had to pay your deductible before anything was covered. I felt like I had the best healthcare plan and it was still $2,600. I had to pay first before any help was given. it was a JOKE.
The Health Insurance was definitely a benefit. Decent stock options for employees as well. A detractor is the paid time off, 2 weeks just seems low for this time period.
The Employee Stock Purchase Program. For new employees, you can receive 33% match on up to 15% invested. Office status with the company, you receive 50% on up to 15% invested. Does not even include the 401(k) match. Simply the best benefits in the industry.
