The benefits are very basic, but the work life balance is great. WFH is variable depending on which group you are aligned however.
The flex-time is great. The work atmosphere is excellent!
$75 coverage on everything... every claim was kicked back.
The good thing is that you receive more coverage than you would without insurance at all, but just barely. The insurance company is one that most medical professionals have not heard of, making it difficult to know what your co-pays or office visits would be, etc. They have a tiered structure of how many prescriptions you can get with coverage in a certain amount of time (you pay more premium for a higher number). Once you are out of that number, there is zero coverage, everything is at oop cost. For someone who has any pre-existing conditions or needs prescriptions, this is not a good plan for you. Aside from the insurance benefits, you do get paid time off without any penalties, which is a huge plus. Vision coverage is ok, but not great.
The benefits with Veritude are great!
No benefits, I worked with them on W2.
Do not choose their ins. Reliance Standard is the ins WORST company. Only annual wellness checkups are covered. Med and sick visits not covered along with any treatment. Absolutely no PTO of any kind.
They did not offer paid time off, health insurance, or paid holidays. Matched 401k contributions, stocks vested after five years. Short term disability and death or dismemberment coverage.
Decent benefits they pay for medical after 6 months dentals not half bad 1000 dollars for the year
As a contractor, I receive no benefits from Veritude. No 401k matching, no paid leave, no vacation days, nothing.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
