Vacation time was good. You get sick days, but if your late that will count as a sick day, so your better off just calling in if your 5 or more minutes late. Health Insurance was a joke. They have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and use CVS for prescriptions. The insurance denied EVERY SINGLE CLAIM I had. The most I really got out of that insurance was a flu shot. I had to reprove why I had certain scripts, so for the first 2 months of working there I was completely out of medication until i was able to get in to see my pain doctor just to get the script filled out again and the reason why I needed it.
I like the salary of the position and the health insurance was very good wish other companies had this good. 401k plan could be a little better but still was pretty good
