    You have to buy additional vacation. Sick time and vacation doesn't build up so you lose it if you don't use it

    If you try to take off your manager will give you a hard time. The time off is good if you are allowed to take it.

    Pretty standard, two weeks, begins to increase after 5 years. The option to "Buy" additional five days of vacation time is really the option to take unpaid vacation.
