Vacation is pretty standard. Only downside to working for a bank is a yearly mandatory 5-day consecutive vacation requirement (you have to take off 5 consecutive days to help "prevent fraud" - and it comes from your vacation pool). May make sense if you're a teller / work with money, but doesn't make sense for most support departments.

You are allowed to purchase extra weeks of vacation.

Not very attractive, worried about production and cannot enjoy vacation when you are on it.
