Annual bonuses possible, when company profits overall, paid 3 of last 4 years. The vacation policy is good and increases with a minimal service years. 10 paid U.S. holidays. Overall the benefits were fair, however the prescription drug company (Express Scripts) were very difficult to work with.
Finastra has the standard benefits as expected from most companies but they do stand out on vacation time. Since they deal with banks the get all the federal holidays plus extra. Approx 20 days total
