Excellent package: Health (dental, vision too) insurance, 401k, work, WFH depending on your group, floating summer days (no summer fridays because of this...), annual fitness stipend, commuter benefits
Health Insurance is okay if you're single. If you're married w/o kids it is way too expensive. Vacay policy is good.
Excellent PTO for both vacation, personal, and sick days, as well as numerous holidays and early close before the holidays. Flexibility to work from home/remotely. Decent health benefits and a yearly health and wellness benefit that you can use for gym memberships or classes. 401k auto-enrollment upon starting, and each office has a fuel bar with free snacks and refreshments.
Summer Fridays are awesome!
Finn Partners includes excellent matching and insurance options. The family leave policy was one of the best I have ever seen.
Summer flex days, 401k matching, decent medical insurance
Positives: Lunches once a week and bagels every Wednesday Negatives: It was very difficult to find out how much was being taken out each month for health insurance. I want a number not a percentage. They don't allowed lower level staff to work from home and no stock options.
Health insurance and rep were awful.
Competitive salary, flexible work environment, annual bonus, full benefits (health, dental, 401k, vision) and very competitive vacation benefits. Amazing maternity leave -- 3 months!
Free snacks and good compensation! But for all the free Nilla Waffers there is that many hours of work on weekends and late at night.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
