Unlimited PTO in the US, flexible work hours, maternity/paternity leave, and health insurance is good with low premiums. Only somewhat downfall is there is no 401k match
The last comment was incorrect and probably done by the FireEye Marketing team. We did receive a memo that stated that support also was taking to much time off even though we have Flexible PTO. I would rather get teeth pulled than ask for time off here.
The worst thing is that they have no 401K match at all. That, and management was making it harder to work from home.
You will lose all your RSU after layoff. HR promise a lot of things before hiring you. Unless you have any written confirmation, Please don't trust anything.

Health plans are ridiculously inexpensive. $52 per pay period for a family on one plan, $136 per pay period on the other. If you are single, its free. LTD and STD are covered 100%. Vision and medical costs for a family of four $12 per month.
No 401k matching, and perks (like free lunch, snacks, drink) have been aggressively eliminated. Probably see layoffs when they run out of perks to cut.
Free food, work from home benefit. Can take unpaid emergency leave. They are really lenient on that.
