They offer all the benefits that most competitive companies offer to their employees. They also have snacks and cater food to the office often.

No work from home, no free lunch, no offsite or team building activities.

No 401k matching. Free snacks are great. Health insurance is mediocre. You're given unlimited vacation but limited by your manager to 2-3 weeks a year. You're given RSUs of low value stock that won't fully vest for years, and you will most likely leave before it fully vests.

Benefits on par with most other Silicon Valley start-ups. The usual snacks, drinks, etc cost of 'free' lunch is rolled into taxable benefits so not free (can opt out).

No 401k matching, unlimited vacation but always felt pressure from boss when you actually took time off.

Employee can enjoy free lunch, flexible time and also on site gym facility. But other benefit is just so so. e.g., there is no 401K.

    No 401k match, toxic culture

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Reston, Virginia

Unlimited PTO in the US, flexible work hours, maternity/paternity leave, and health insurance is good with low premiums. Only somewhat downfall is there is no 401k match

StarStarStarStarStar Current Technical Support Engineer in Draper, Utah

The last comment was incorrect and probably done by the FireEye Marketing team. We did receive a memo that stated that support also was taking to much time off even though we have Flexible PTO. I would rather get teeth pulled than ask for time off here.

The worst thing is that they have no 401K match at all. That, and management was making it harder to work from home.
