On the spot training. Fellow employees are very helpful and managers quick to answer questions.
When the store I worked at was about to open, we had the day before opening as a test day. Two of the general managers, the owners, and the area representatives were all there, hands on and helping us out along the way.
You got paid training, but you start off cleaning the dining room for a few weeks.

They expect you to be familiar with the entire menu and several different positions within a couple of days.
They had a few shifts where they trained you as an extra until they decided that you were ready. Many times, as seen with other employees, they do this preemptively.
They push for you to learn in a week
