Nothing was wrong with the benefits package.
Very comprehensive benefits. Life, Disability, short term and long term care options, accdental death, vision, medical, dental, 401K, college plans, FSA/HSA, Childcare accounts, stock program, tuition assistance programs, etc.
As a FFIC employee I had great benefits.
Great benefits. High company contribution to medical benefits. 7.5% match on 401k. Lots of paid time of (as a new employee starts at 4weeks!)
The best is they offered a couple different health care options. The worst thing is the cost for the health care is expensive and the costs rise every year with less coverage.
Benefits tend to be competitive. They match up to 7.5% on our 401k. Vacation time was up to 30 days a year (including sick leave) for employees over ten years. There was a gym and a number of other recreational opportunities on campus. Health plan is high-deductible only. We are definitely paying more than we used to.
Excellent health benefits, PTO, company car, work remotely
the major disadvantages are: 1) health coverage is getting very expensive with more and more limitations on the benefits and increasingly higher deductibles; and 2) limited vacation and time off for personal matters
Their matching 401k benefit was very generous.
Really really good 401k match.
